The refill program is
only to be done for original empty cartridges.
By ordering an ink cartridge refill
you agree to these terms and conditions:
- We accept only original empty cartridges for wide format printers that we have listed on our site. We will only accept original OEM cartridges that have never been recycled (virgin) or OEM cartridges that have been previously refilled One time only. The cartridges must be received intact and in perfect condition to be refilled. If the cartridge is damaged in any way we cannot refill it.
- We are not liable for any damage to the cartridge during the transportation process. You should pack your cartridges well to prevent any damage.
- As soon as we receive your package, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have it.
- We reserve the right to refuse any cartridges after inspection. Any cartridge with damage, internal or external will not be refilled.
- Customer should pay for the order in advance. We will refund money for any cartridge that could not be refilled minus 4% credit card fees which are not refundable. Normally we process a refund in 7 business days.
- If more than 50% of the refillable ink cartridges sent to us are in bad condition we will charge you shipping on your order and return those bad cartridges back to you.
- We estimate 3 business days to refill ink cartridges after we receive your cartridges. However, in a small amount of cases it could take longer. We will do our best to inform you of any delays but you can always contact us to find out the status of your order.
- If the customer has received and opened the sealed package of the refilled cartridge, it will no longer be returnable and the money is non refundable. Any problem with a cartridge needs to be reported within 14 days since receiving the cartridge. After 14 days we will not apply any warranty.
- The warranty is based on a chip replacement if needed, such as the printer fails to recognize the refilled cartridge. In which case a Warranty Claim Form will need to be filled and a Return Authorization will need to be processed. All replacements will be sent via ground shipping. If you require expedited service you will need to cover the costs associated with such delivery. Any package returned to Macro Enter without an RMA will be refused.
